Eight ways to send offline conversions to your ad platforms.
If your deals are about the same size, HubSpot's built-in events or Google's own HubSpot connection may be all you need. If you only buy Google ads and your leads carry a GCLID, a Google-only workflow action costs less per send. If you send to several networks with each deal's amount and want every result back in HubSpot, that's what Ledion is for.

As of October 22, 2026.
- HubSpot's ad conversion events fire on a lifecycle stage and send one value you type: $31,000. They don't fire on a deal stage or send to Reddit, and only errors show, in the Events tab.
- A zap runs a trigger, a filter, a delay and a Google Ads action, again for each network, and sends whatever you map. It polls for deal stages, has no Reddit action, and keeps each run in its task history.
- Custom code starts from a custom code or webhook action, which needs Data Hub Professional, then runs your code, inside HubSpot or on a server behind the webhook action. It sends $70,000 once you build four APIs, retries, event IDs, logs and alerts. It runs on deal stages, sends to Reddit if you build it, and shows the logs you build.
- Ledion's Send conversion step sends $70,000 to Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads and Reddit. It runs on deal stages, and every send has a result in the workflow and in Activity.
Which one fits
- HubSpot's built-in events: your deals are about the same size, and a lifecycle stage or a form is what you count.
- Google's Data Manager connection: you only buy Google ads, and lifecycle stages are what you send. Try it first.
- Zapier or Make: you send to one network, your leads carry a GCLID, and someone already looks after your zaps.
- 0CodeTools: you only need Google, your leads carry a GCLID, and you send a lot. It costs less per send than Ledion.
- LeadJourney or Attribi: you want an attribution dashboard, and adding a tracking script is fine.
- A custom build: you need one network, have an engineer with time, and already run servers.
- Ledion: you send to several networks, your deals vary in size, and you want a result you can read for every send.
