Zapier vs Ledion
Zapier, or one step in the workflow.
Zapier fits when you send to one network, your leads carry a GCLID, and someone on your team already looks after your zaps. Ledion fits when you send to more than one network or some leads have no GCLID, and you want each network's result back in the workflow.

As of October 22, 2026.
- A zap runs a trigger, a filter, a delay and a Google Ads action, again for each network, and sends whatever you map. It polls for deal stages, has no Reddit action, and keeps each run in its task history.
- Ledion's Send conversion step sends $70,000 to Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads and Reddit. It runs on deal stages, and every send has a result in the workflow and in Activity.
What Zapier's own recipe looks like
Zapier's guide to offline conversions (May 21, 2026) builds the HubSpot version in four steps: a HubSpot "New Contact Property Change" trigger on Lifecycle Stage, a Filter for the stage you count, a 24-hour Delay, then the Google Ads "Send Offline Conversion" action.
Its example leaves Value blank. And the guide says this about click IDs: "Conversions uploaded without valid GCLIDs won't attribute to any ad, and Google won't notify you. They'll just silently fail."
Every other network is another action to set up and map. Microsoft Advertising has "Apply Offline Conversion" and Facebook Conversions has "Send Funnel Event". I found no Reddit Ads conversion action in Zapier's app directory (checked October 22, 2026).
What Google's API change means for a zap
Since June 15, 2026, Google has been moving offline conversion uploads from the Google Ads API to its Data Manager API. In June, Zapier's support said it's updating its Send Offline Conversion action ahead of Google's full switch-over, which it put at March 2027.
In September 2026, a user asked Zapier to add email and phone fields to the updated action for enhanced conversions, saying the conversion goal showed "Needs attention" without them. Zapier answered that the feature requests were open. The thread had no newer answer on October 22, 2026.
Zapier and Ledion, side by side
| Zapier | Ledion | |
|---|---|---|
| Trigger | A Zapier trigger on a HubSpot change: "New Contact Property Change" runs instantly, "Updated Deal Stage" polls | The Send conversion step, on whatever triggers your contact or deal workflow |
| Networks | Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Facebook Conversions, one action each. No Reddit Ads conversion action found | Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads and Reddit from one step. LinkedIn is next |
| Value | Whatever you map to Value. The guide's example leaves it blank | Any number property, such as Amount, with its currency |
| Repeat sends | The zap runs on every matching change, and a filter decides which ones go on | Once per record by default, so re-enrollments and retries don't count twice |
| Matching | A GCLID. Email and phone fields for enhanced conversions were an open feature request in September 2026 | Click ID plus hashed email and phone, and Meta's lead ID. In deal workflows, from the deal's contacts |
| Where you see the result | Zapier's task history | Each network's result in the workflow, and every send in Activity |
| Price | Professional, with multi-step zaps, from $19.99 a month paid yearly, for 750 tasks a month | Free for one network and 100 sends a month. Pro covers every network for $129 a month |

Moving from Zapier
In Google Ads, give Ledion its own conversion action and set it to Secondary. Run it next to the zap for 2 to 3 weeks. When the numbers look right, make Ledion's action primary and turn the zap off.
When Zapier is enough
You send to one network, your leads carry a GCLID, and someone already looks after your zaps. Then keep the zap. Make works the same way: you build the scenario and keep it running.
