Google Ads

Your deals to Google Ads, with the real amount.

Since October 12, 2026, HubSpot's built-in Google Ads events send a fixed value. Ledion sends each deal's actual amount and currency through Google's Data Manager API, from any contact or deal workflow you build.

What HubSpot sends today

Lifecycle stage changes and form submissions, with one fixed value per event. HubSpot's help page: "The Use the Deal amount option is no longer available."

Setup

  1. In Google Ads, create an "Import from clicks" conversion action, or use one you have.
  2. Add Ledion's service-account email as a user with Standard access.
  3. Enter your 10-digit customer ID in Ledion and pick the conversion action.

Good to know

  • A new conversion action needs 4 to 6 hours before its first upload.
  • Give Ledion its own conversion action, so nothing double counts with HubSpot's events. Start it as Secondary for 2 to 3 weeks, then make it the primary one for bidding.
  • Turn on enhanced conversions in Google Ads so email and phone can match.
  • Conversion actions that count one conversion per click reject GBRAID and WBRAID.

The first 10 companies use Ledion free until it's listed on the HubSpot App Marketplace, then pay $79 a month for Pro, for as long as they stay.
