Terms of service

These terms apply to anyone who uses Ledion. By installing or using Ledion, you accept them for the business you represent. If you don’t accept them, don’t use Ledion. They take effect on October 21, 2026.

The service

Ledion is an app for HubSpot run by Ledion LLC, a Florida limited liability company, at 10461 SW 204th Ter, Miami, FL 33189, USA (“Ledion”). Its workflow step, Send conversion, sends conversions from HubSpot, with their values, to the ad networks you connect: Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads and Reddit. Ledion is in beta, so features can change.

Ledion is independent of HubSpot, Inc. HubSpot doesn’t make, run or support Ledion.

The privacy policy explains how Ledion handles personal data. The data processing agreement (DPA) applies whenever Ledion processes personal data for you, and is part of these terms.

Who can use Ledion

Ledion is for business use only. To use it, you need a HubSpot account you’re allowed to install apps in, and the authority to accept these terms for your business.

Your responsibilities

  • Your data. You must have the right to process your contacts’ data and to share it with the ad networks you connect.
  • Consent. You collect consent where the law requires it, for example in the EEA, in the UK and under US state privacy laws, and you set Ledion’s consent settings to match.
  • HubSpot’s terms. You follow your agreement with HubSpot, including its Acceptable Use Policy, for the data you send through Ledion.
  • Network terms. You follow the terms of each network you send to, including the Google Ads terms, the Meta Business Tools Terms, the Microsoft Advertising terms and the Reddit Ads terms.
  • Your setup. The conversions, values and networks you set up in Ledion are your instructions. Check them before you turn a workflow on.
  • Your accounts. Keep access to your HubSpot and ad network accounts secure.

Plans, fees and billing

  • Plans. Prices and what each plan includes are on the pricing page.
  • Trial. A new account gets a 14-day trial with Pro limits, with no card needed. If you don’t subscribe by the end of it, the account moves to the Free plan.
  • Billing. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. They renew automatically until you cancel.
  • Changes and cancellation. You change or cancel your plan in Stripe’s customer portal, which you open from Ledion in HubSpot. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for.
  • Refunds. There are no refunds for partial periods.
  • Failed payments. Stripe retries a failed payment. If every retry fails, the subscription is cancelled and the account moves to the Free plan.
  • Send limits. Each plan has a monthly send limit. Ledion keeps sending for another 10%, then the step reports “Plan limit reached” until the next month or until you upgrade.
  • Taxes. Prices don’t include taxes. Where Ledion must collect sales tax, VAT or GST, Stripe calculates it and adds it at checkout and on each invoice. You pay any other taxes that apply to your purchase.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Ledion to:

  • break the law, or send data you have no right to send
  • break an ad network’s terms
  • get around Ledion’s security or plan limits, or disrupt the service
  • copy, resell or reverse engineer Ledion, except where the law allows it

Ledion can suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Your data and Ledion’s service

  • Your data stays yours. You own the data in your HubSpot account and your setup in Ledion. Ledion uses it only to provide Ledion to you, as the data processing agreement and the privacy policy describe.
  • Ledion stays Ledion’s. Ledion LLC owns the app, the site and the code. These terms give you the right to use Ledion while you follow them, nothing more.
  • Feedback. If you suggest an improvement, Ledion can use it without owing you anything.

Availability

Ledion is provided on a best-effort basis. The Free plan has no service level agreement (SLA). Ledion depends on HubSpot and the ad networks: when one of them has an outage or changes its API, sends can fail or be delayed. Each send’s result comes back to the workflow, so you can see what failed.

Warranty disclaimer

Ledion is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, Ledion makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Ledion doesn’t promise any result from your advertising, any match rate, or that a network will accept every conversion.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Ledion’s total liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the fees you paid Ledion in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Ledion isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue or wasted ad spend. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited.

If someone makes a claim against Ledion because you sent data through Ledion that you had no right to send, or broke a network’s or HubSpot’s terms, you cover Ledion’s reasonable costs and losses from that claim.

Termination

  • You can stop using Ledion at any time by uninstalling it from HubSpot. To stop paying, cancel your subscription in Stripe’s customer portal.
  • Ledion can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or don’t pay.
  • When Ledion is uninstalled, it stops processing at once. 30 days later, it deletes everything it stores for that HubSpot account. Reinstall within 30 days to keep your setup.
  • Cancel your plan before you uninstall. Uninstalling doesn’t cancel it, and while it’s still billing, Ledion keeps your account’s data so the subscription isn’t lost or charged twice. Santi gets an alert from the day after the uninstall to cancel it with you. Once it’s canceled, the data is deleted within a day, or 30 days after the uninstall if that’s later.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms goes only to the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you and Ledion both accept those courts’ jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

Ledion may update these terms. The new version goes on this page with a new date at the top and applies from that date. For a change that takes away rights you have or adds costs, Ledion emails the person who installed Ledion at least 30 days before it applies. If you keep using Ledion after a change applies, you accept the new terms.

General

  • Entire agreement. These terms, with the DPA and the plan you choose, are the whole agreement between you and Ledion about Ledion.
  • Assignment. You can’t transfer these terms without Ledion’s written consent. Ledion can transfer them to a company that takes over its business, and tells you by email.
  • Severability. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • No waiver. If Ledion doesn’t enforce a term right away, it can still enforce it later.
  • Events outside anyone’s control. Neither side is liable for a delay or failure caused by events it can’t reasonably control, such as an outage at HubSpot, an ad network or Cloudflare.
  • Notices. Ledion sends notices to the email address of the person who installed Ledion. Send yours to santi@ledion.io.
