HubSpot's ad conversion events vs Ledion
A fixed value for every deal, or each deal's real amount.
HubSpot's events are enough when your deals are about the same size, or when you're on Starter. Add Ledion when you want each deal's own amount, deal triggers, Reddit, or a result for every send. The two run side by side.

Ledion
What each network gets, as of October 2026
First, three example deals in two campaigns, sent as one fixed value and as each deal's amount. Then each network, side by side.
One fixed value
Each deal's amount
Both add up to $93,000. Bidding sees the split.
| HubSpot's built-in events | Ledion | |
|---|---|---|
| Google Ads | A fixed value you type. HubSpot's page: "The Use the Deal amount option is no longer available." Fires on a lifecycle stage change or a form submission, and only stage changes after you create the event count. Manager (MCC) accounts can't sync with enhanced conversions | Any contact or deal trigger, with each record's amount and currency, through Google's Data Manager API |
| Meta | A form submission, lifecycle stage change or page view. Meta takes lifecycle data only for contacts from its lead generation campaigns (Conversion Leads), and the Meta pixel goes on every page with HubSpot's tracking code. Form events take a value you type | Any contact or deal trigger, with the record's amount, through the Conversions API: CRM events for Lead Ads leads, or standard events such as Purchase for leads from your website forms |
| Microsoft Ads | A lifecycle stage change, with a value you type | Offline conversions with the record's amount, matched on click ID, email and phone |
| Ad tracking and reporting, in a beta. No conversion events | Conversions API events with the record's value | |
| A lifecycle stage change, through LinkedIn's Conversions API, with a value you type | Next. Pro includes it when it ships | |
| TikTok and ChatGPT Ads | Conversion events for TikTok. ChatGPT Ads is in a HubSpot beta | Ledion doesn't send to either |

Where you see each result
HubSpot's Google page says totals in Google Ads may not match HubSpot's, and "HubSpot Support can only pull event syncing logs when there's an error." Its Events tab lists events that stopped syncing, with the error.
Ledion keeps a result for every send: each network's result in the workflow, and every send in Activity for 90 days, with the reason when one fails.
Running both
They don't get in each other's way as long as each sends to its own conversion action and each stage is primary in only one of them. Keep HubSpot's events where they work, and give Ledion new actions. In Google Ads, keep Ledion's action Secondary for 2 to 3 weeks, compare the numbers, then make it primary and set HubSpot's action for that stage to Secondary.
When the built-in events are enough
Your deals are about the same size, so a fixed value is close to the truth, and a lifecycle stage or a form is the moment you count. Then HubSpot's events do the job. On Starter they're your option, because Ledion needs Professional or Enterprise.
