Plan and billing
Ledion’s Plan page shows your plan, this month’s sends and your billing. The plans and prices are on the pricing page.

The trial
Every new install starts with 14 days of Pro: all networks and 5,000 sends a month. The Plan page counts the days left. Three days before the end, your alert recipients get an email.
When the trial ends without a paid plan, Ledion moves to the Free plan: 1 network and 25 sends a month. Your workflows keep running. The network you connected first keeps sending, and the step skips the others (their result is not_configured). Pick a plan any time to get them back.
What counts as a send
A send is one run of the Send conversion step for one record, where at least one network took the conversion. A conversion that goes to four networks is still one send. These don’t count:
- runs that reached no network: no match keys, too old, a network not in your plan, the conversion turned off;
- runs that failed everywhere;
- Send test;
- Retry failed sends.
The Plan page shows Sends this month against your plan’s limit. The count starts again on the 1st of each month (UTC).
At the limit
- At 80% and 100% of your plan’s sends, your alert recipients get an email.
- Past 100%, Ledion keeps sending for another 10%. On the Free plan, that’s 27 sends in all.
- Then the step skips every run until the 1st of next month, with the message “Plan limit reached ([used] of [limit] sends this month). Upgrade on Ledion’s Plan page to keep sending.” Nothing is sent, and the workflow moves on.
Upgrading lifts the limit at once.
Upgrade
- On the Plan page, under Upgrade, pick the Plan and the Billing (Monthly or Yearly). Yearly is 2 months free.
- Click Upgrade. Stripe Checkout opens in a new tab.
- Pay there. When it’s done, the tab says “You’re all set.” and you can close it.
- Back in Ledion, click Refresh. The plan changes once Stripe confirms the payment.
If you close Checkout without paying, nothing changes. If the Plan page shows only See plans, billing isn’t switched on for your account yet: email santi@ledion.io to upgrade.
Manage billing
Once you have a paid plan, the Plan page shows what you pay and a Manage billing button. It opens Stripe’s billing portal in one click, where you can:
- change your plan (up, down, monthly or yearly);
- update your card;
- see your invoices;
- cancel. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, and the Plan page says “Your plan ends on [date].” Then Ledion moves to the Free plan.
Changes you make in Stripe show on the Plan page once Stripe confirms them.
Payment failed: the Plan page says “Payment failed: update your card.” Stripe retries the payment, and your plan stays on meanwhile. Update the card in Manage billing. If every retry fails, Stripe cancels the subscription and Ledion moves to the Free plan.
Founding partners
The first 10 companies in the beta are founding partners. They use Pro free until Ledion is listed on the HubSpot App Marketplace. After that, Pro costs them $79 a month instead of $129, for as long as they keep it. I send each founding partner their Checkout link when the listing goes live.
- The Plan page shows the founding price under Upgrade and in the plan comparison. It applies to Pro monthly. Yearly plans and the other plans keep their usual price.
- Switching plans in Stripe’s billing portal can’t bring the founding price back. Email santi@ledion.io before you change a founding-partner plan.
Uninstalling
Uninstalling Ledion doesn’t cancel a paid plan. Cancel it in Manage billing first, or email santi@ledion.io and I’ll cancel it (Disconnect and uninstall).
Questions about billing
Email santi@ledion.io. Prices are in US dollars, and taxes are added at checkout where required.
