Change settings

Ledion’s Settings page holds the settings for your whole HubSpot account. Change what you need, then click Save settings: “Settings saved.” confirms it. Ledion saves only the fields you changed, so two people editing at once don’t undo each other.

Alerts

Ledion emails the person who installed it when a connection breaks or sends start failing (Alert emails has the full list). Add anyone else who should know under Other alert emails: one per line, up to 10.

The same field is on Ledion’s settings page in HubSpot (Marketplace icon → Connected apps → My apps → Ledion → Settings tab), next to Open Ledion.

Currency

Default currency is a 3-letter code, like USD. Ledion uses it when neither the step nor the conversion sets a currency. Leave it empty to use your HubSpot account’s currency, which the field shows.

The order, first one set wins: the step’s Currency field, the conversion’s default currency, this setting, your HubSpot account currency.

Google asks whether each person agreed to ad tracking. It matters most for people in the EEA. Consent for Google Ads decides what Ledion tells Google with each conversion:

Option What Ledion sends Google
Use my Google Ads account settings (the default) No consent with the event. Google decides from your Google Ads account settings
Everyone I send has agreed Consent granted, for every conversion
Read it from a contact property Whatever the contact’s property says: Yes sends granted, No sends denied, empty sends nothing

For the last option, enter the Consent property: the internal name of a yes/no contact property, like consent_status. In HubSpot, a property’s internal name is in its settings.

Google rejects conversions it doesn’t have consent for. They show as Rejected in Activity, and Ledion emails you when there are many.

More options

Click More options to see these:

  • Meta lead ID property: for contacts from Meta lead ads, the internal name of the contact property that holds the Meta lead ID. Meta matches on the lead ID best (Connect Meta).
  • Limited Data Use for California (Meta): tells Meta to limit how it uses data from people in California.
  • Default phone country: a 2-letter country code, like US, for phone numbers saved without one. Without it, Ledion can’t read a number like “(415) 555-0100” as a full phone number, so it doesn’t send it.

Your data

To have everything Ledion stores for this HubSpot account deleted, click Request data deletion, then Send request. I confirm with you by email first, then delete your settings, connections and send history for good, within 30 days. You can also email santi@ledion.io. Anyone with access to Ledion can ask: I check with a Super Admin of the account before I delete anything.

Uninstall

The person who installed Ledion sees Uninstall Ledion here. Everyone else sees who can, and that anyone allowed to uninstall apps in HubSpot can remove Ledion from Connected apps. Disconnect and uninstall has the steps and what happens to your data and your billing.
